Inspired by the Longines Ultra-Chron Diver from 1968, the new model and its new high-frequency calibre represent the first reinterpretation of Longines’ unique selling point – its status as a pioneer in the world of sports timekeeping.

It is as attractive to fans of vintage watches as it is to lovers of cutting-edge technology. The accuracy of the Longines Ultra-Chron is confirmed by its certification as an “Ultra Chronometer” by TIMELAB, an independent testing laboratory in Geneva. This designation goes beyond the usual “chronometer” certification. The model is fitted with a stainless steel bracelet and comes in a special presentation box containing a black NATO strap made of recycled material.

Marco Odermatt

Marco Odermatt has made his mark in the Longines family since 2018 as one of the best skiers of his generation. Shortly after his first competition at the age of 4, the young athlete from the canton of Nidwalden joined the Ski Club Hergiswil, where he brought his talent to fruition.

Today, Longines is the oldest trademark or logo still in use in its original form registered with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
