The 1960s was a decade characterised by experimentation, fun, freedom and energy. Whether you took a motorbike for a spin or stepped on the gas in a sports car, life was running at full speed. Willy Breitling sensed this change of pace and set out to develop an unconventional chronograph that captured the momentum of the era. He called it the Top Time.
The Top Time B01 Shelby Cobra features the colours and emblem of its vintage counterpart, as well as a perforated leather strap, a tachymeter scale and contrasting “squircle” (not quite square, not quite round) dials that create the special atmosphere of classic dashboards. What’s more, it has an engine under the bonnet to show for itself: the exceptional Breitling manufacture calibre 01.
