We accept orders for delivery within Switzerland and the European Union (EU). Please ensure your billing and delivery addresses are within these regions to facilitate smooth processing of your order.

Orders are dispatched either via Swiss Post or, in exceptional cases, through a private courier service. Our aim is to ensure that your items reach you safely and efficiently.

Free Registered Shipping

All shipments are made free of charge and sent via registered mail. This means each shipment requires a signature upon delivery, adding an extra layer of security for your items.

Delivery Time

For deliveries within Switzerland, expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days following the order confirmation. This timeframe includes the necessary processing time for your order and, for bank transfers, the time needed for your payment to clear. An order confirmation email will be sent once the processing is complete, marking your order as ready to ship.

Delivery Process

All orders are shipped by registered post. This requires the recipient to sign for the package upon delivery. It is crucial to provide a valid delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the package. If the shipment is intended as a gift, the designated recipient must be present to sign for it.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email, complete with a tracking code, will be sent by the postal service once your order has been dispatched. This code allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly.

Insurance

Shipments are insured until signed for upon delivery, either by you or an authorized recipient at the specified delivery address. This policy ensures your items are protected until they are safely in your hands.

Changing the delivery address
